Subject:- Empanelling of trainers for implementation of training component at ITI Hajin under PM-Vishwakarma Scheme.
Applications are invited from interested candidates for empanelling of trainers for undergoing training and certification through NSDC/SSC PM-Vishwakarma Training of Trainer (TOT) program and utilizing their services for training of Vishwakarmas identified under the scheme in the following trade(s) based on prescribed qualifications mentioned against the trade. The TOT certified trainer shall be utilized as per requirements of the institute. Interested candidates will submit their applications to this office through google form available on www.itihajin.in or submit the application at the ITI till 09-03-2024 4:00 PM

Help desk for registration of interested candidates has been set up in this institution for further process of registration. Candidates are requested to visit the campus between 10AM to 4PM on all working days till 09-03-2024 4:00 PM with the copies of following documents:
1. Aadhaar Card.
2. Academic/Technical Qualification Certificate/ Marks Certificate.
3. Experience certificate, if any.
Rules and regulations for empanelment:
· The utilization of shortlisted TOT certified trainer shall be as per requirements of the institute purely on temporary basis.
· The remuneration shall be paid as per norms in vogue and funds under the scheme in this regard.
· The criteria of empanelled trainers shall be observed in the same way as is followed for short listing Guest Instructor.
· The assignment of resource person shall be discontinued without any prior notice whenever the undersigned desires or due to non-performance by the resource person or if the vishwkarmas are not available for the training. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any application/ candidature of candidate or advertisement without assigning any reasons thereof.
· The trainer shall have to maintain proper discipline and punctuality and shall have to work to the entire satisfaction of the Vishwakarmas as well as the Head of Institute.
· Mere submission of application or eligibility of ToT certification shall not entitle any candidate for this assignment.
